2 weeks ago i got 10 mouse from pet store and housed them in rubbermaid..in my ROOM..i changed their bedding every 2 days..so as everyday gone by..i started seeing these "itchy mosqitos bites" apearing on my arms ...now is on my body..its red dots rash type looking but very itchy..they r possibly mites bites huh? my house is brand new built from ground like 6 months, never had problem till i got those mouse..god!! anybody got any experience on how to get rid of them? i moved them out to backyard already and went to home depot and bought somne DEEP REACH FOGGERS, so i m gonna BOMB my room tomorrow beforei go to work..hope it s gonna "Grenade" all those mites soliders...

Have you seen bugs on the mice? Are you sure you didn't bring bed bugs in? They are like an epidemic out now. Just asking I hope it is not them.

i had not seen bugs on them..maybe cause i didnt look..i hope is not bed bugs...i have not been to any hotels or other peoples houses...and i did check under mattress no signs of them.. and i cant see any mites on bed either...but i m totally raped by these creatures..

you're probably just allergic to rodents. i wouldn't bother with extremely harsh chemicals. get rid of all the mice and their tanks and accessories, wait a couple days, and see what happens.

No way.. I m allergy to tree pollen but def not rodents.. I had them before and never got bite from any.. I bombed my room this morning before I went to work so when I get home tonight I need to change all sheets and move everything pets back into my room.. And I ll see what happens tonight

Peoples allergies actually change as they age. You can be fine around something then suddenly be allergic to it for no apparent reason. If the itching and bumps come back take a benadryl and see what happens.

I wouldn't put any animals back into a room that you "bombed" for at least a few days unless you want to make them sick..... very risky IMO

I wouldn't sleep in a room that was just bombed.

It will make the rodents sick.

If you don't treat the rodents, the mites will just come back anyhow.

If I remember right you usually have to be out of the whole house for several hours even if you are only bombing one room. Then when you get back in you need to open windows, wash everything etc. And yes if you dont treat the rodents then bombing is useless.

Ya, and up till I turned 21 I wasn't allergic to dogs, now I am and every time I play with my dog I bust out in a rash.

i bombed the room around 12pm and i came home at 12 am...thats 12 hours of time already..and i just changed everything in my room..i wasnt planning on bringing rodents back to my room.i m just gonna keep them outside in yard. as i m typing i m scratching my body..so itchy lol...i hope whatever was biting me would died during CODE RED..lol

i didn't get any allergies to trees, grass, pollen, etc until about 2 years ago. so...took 20 years to develop. i've had animals with mites before and not once have i been bitten by any of the bugs.

i personally would have tried just removing the mice for awhile and popping a few benadryl along with taking a colloidal oatmeal bath. i know how harsh those chemicals can be, it's not pretty.

really hope your problem goes away.

On this note. I had been given Augmenton for various infections, my whole life. It wasn't until my Jr. Year in high school that my face swelled up and my throat closed off because of the Anti-biotic...

My GF suddenly, starting a few months ago, started getting itchy hives all over. She thought at first that it was bug bites or that it came from the bed.

Nope. Allergies.

We have been on a non-allergen diet in the house for a couple of months now. The hives are slowly going away.

If things were biting me in bed, my first thought would be bed bugs (which you can get if you've sat on a fabric chair anywhere recently, like a movie theater) OR scabies. I know a guy who bought some sheets that were infested with scabies. Yes, the STD. Those things are itchy little buggers.

yeah i m pretty sure mind is not Allergies...u can tell on my arms, chest, back, legs are biten from insects bites...god.. i woke up in at 5 this morning..scratching all over..i think Code Red killed them cause i dont have any new bites showing..YET lol i ll see how it turns out..its gonna be nuclear drop next time lol

What about fleas? My cats get fleas sometimes even though they are indoor cats. They like to sleep next to a door and that's where we think they are coming in at. Anyway I don't let my cats on my bed but they do have their own beds in my room. I still get bit however (that's when I know to look my cats over). They kind of bite like bed bugs. I'll have several little dots in one spot and have several of these spots on my body. But after bathing the cats and putting flea meds on them I no longer get this. So I know it isn't bed bugs.

Anyway just a thought.

yea fleas live in your grass, they love to cling to shoes and come in especially white shoes! when i was pregnant our house got infested with fleas ugh but i killed them all in one day!
hope you figure out what it was
