Oh no!!!! need some advise. Reptile Relief and Shedding

My adult corn had mites. I sprayed her with Reptile relief and then put her in a clean viv on paper towels. I came to check on her about a half an hour later and she was shedding. The label says of the reptile relief says not to apply for at least 6 hours after shedding. what should I do?

You just sprayed her, not the viv? Then I'd change out the viv again, scrub it down (lid included) to remove any mites and eggs. It was kind of her to shed, the mites come off with it. As to toxicity from the spray, the best you can do is wipe her down with wet paper towels or soak her for 10 minutes in luke warm water. You're trying to dilute any chemical that may have soaked through the shed skin prior to shedding. The problem is that their skin more readily takes up chemicals during shedding, that's why they say don't use it for 6 days after shedding. I'd be willing to think she'll be just fine, but be safe, wash her down just in case. Then put her back in the freshly cleaned viv.
