Hello!
My name is Joe Rader.
I just started back into snake keeping and breeding after leaving the hobby/biz 10 years ago.
It all started about 12 years ago when Steve Roylance(My friend)got Me hooked on snakes!Everything about them,Keeping,Collecting,Breeding,&Selling them.
Then My Wife and I started having children. The snakes got sold at the then big show in Orlando.
10 years later here I am.Steve(still My Friend)has got Me back into the Herp World.
I have grown rapidly in a short amount of time.I am enjoying it and all the people I knew before(Lee Abbott & John Schmitt). They have been very helpful in feeding My reptile habit and being very supportive.
Thanks
Joe

Welcome back

Welcome Back. We too have restarted this past year after somewhat of a sabbatical from keeping snakes. It only takes one to get you hooked all over again doesnt it! We are breeding 3 of our females this season. Nice to have you here.

Thanks-
Things are going well,I even had 2 pair hook up tonight for their second breeding.
I started off big 'cause I found myself with alot of extra time.See,I sold a bread route that took12/13 hrs. a day. And bought another route with another baking co.That only takes 6/7 hrs a day.The Wife said I needed a hobby. And so it begins....I plan on taking it seriously,God willing.

Are you close enough to come to our herp society meetings?

We have some Charlotte County members, although most are from Lee County. I don't remember if you have attended. We meet in Ft. Myers. Are you interested?

Hi Cathy
I think at this time Ft.Myers is a little far.I'm located next to the airport in NW Sarasota. Thanks for the invite.-Joe
