Request for Hypo Striped Motley pictures

I found this photo as a much older post in this forum. I have a friend who saw the picture and is VERY interested in finding out what kind it is, as I believe she really wants one. In the thread (which ended up being very short), it's stated that it may be a striped motley? I've never seen one that had those colors! Does anyone know what exactly it is, and possibly, where I could find one? Unfortunately, the person who made the post (Andrea S.) lives in Italy, and I don't even know if she is active on the board. Any comments are welcome, thanks! I hope to see some replies.
