if i breed my stripe snow to an anery het hypo...

will i get 100% anery het stripe with 66% poss het hypo?

or am i totally off the marker?

You're close. The offspring will only be 50% chance het hypo as only one parent has a 50:50 chance of passing the hypo gene on. The offspring will also be het amel (snow) as well.
