I want to put my albino corn through hibernation but there is no way i can get my house the temperature that is required. Is it a good idea to put my snake outside in a shed?

Some people do use outside sheds and buildings for hibernating thier snakes, but they have some method of insulating against severe weather changes/fluctuations outside.

You would need to consider what temperature you were trying to achieve, what the average outside temperature is and what the extremes fluctuate to.

Are you asking this really late for this year, or just planning well ahead for next winter?

Hey thanks for responding. I was reffering for the coming winter season. i'm not all sure of what the temp should be. :)

Aim for below 60 F.
Personally I use 45 to 50 F but people do use quite a variety of temperatures depending on where they live and what they are able to achieve.

There is obviously a low point you don't want to go below since you don't want to freeze your snakes, but also, you don't want it too warm. The higher the temperature the less you slow down the metabolic rate of your snake. If it is too warm then the snake will lose to much weight.

Anywhere in the 50's should be fine. There are also lots of previous posts about this so if you do a search about brumation temperature I am sure you'll find some good reading.
