I originally had plans this year to breed my two snakes, BUT i have had some issues with the "male"? Him actually being a male, but that's another thread I have.

I noticed when I originally placed those two together my female wanted it, but he didn't. What I am asking is if there is anyone in Pennsylvania or New Jersey that is willing to mate their male with my female. She is an amel unknown hets. I would be willing to give you some babies in return, or give me an offer and we could work it out.

Thanks,
Jimmy

I am aware it is late, and i planned on it. I brumated my female as if it was just becoming spring now. Also when i attempted to with the male, she seemed pretty enthusiastic about the idea. I do understand what you are talking about though

Did you brumate your male on the same schedule?

Forcing them to brumate to your schedule doesn't always work. A friend of mine tried that two seasons with a few of his Leopard colonies and they produced zilch.

I did with my male, but his response was way different than my female. I'm still confused with what happened there. Anywho, I wanted to get this whole breeding experience this season. I studied all the breeding and egg stuff for 3 years and have been looking up to it, but school and lacrosse interfears with spring mating. I'm trying to do it a little later and see how it worked out

Well, it's certainly great to hear that you've researched before you went for it. It's entirely possible that the male didn't care when you force brumated him and is on his own schedule. Unfortunately, I'd be no help as my snakes were brumated during the "normal" schedule.
