Paul's Pneumonia

Just wanted to update everyone on Paul's pneumonia.

He is breathing normally. No more retractions. He is drinking on his own. I DID forcefeed him one pinky on the vet's advice after a few days of probiotics. This was to "kickstart" his gut. Three days later he pooped and it was normal!

I'm going to finish the course of antibiotics and I believe he will be just fine. BIG turnaround from when I literally thought he had died almost 2 weeks ago.

Thanks everyone for helping out and encouraging me even though Paul isn't a cornsnake.

I must have missed the earlier thread, but I'm glad Paul is doing so well! Best wishes for a quick recovery!
