Hello all-

I am planning on purchasing a hatchling normal retic at this upcoming Hamburg Reptile Expo, but I was wondering if Pennsylvania requires a permit and if so, do I need to present it to purchase the animal? I tried googling it and just couldn't find the information I needed so I thought I would ask you guys. Thanks
