Pics of YOUR amels

This one is about 5 ....

This is my only straight-up amel (i.e. amel without another trait in combo). He is a 3.5 - 4 month old amel motley het lavender. I'm pretty sure he'll qualify as Sunglow someday, but he wasn't sold to me as one. I don't believe he has any white on him except his belly. He looks great even in shed; he gets a wierd pink shade.

colin is that a sunglow? (i'm a newbie)

I'd say he qualifies although his colours aren't that deep orange or anything but the only white is on his underside. Looks just like his dad, only smaller. :)

<<< Thats his head in my avatar.

Amel yearling

Shes a bit bigger now in the pic she was under a year... but is a year now lol. I think she was like 7 months in the pic but I dont remember exactly. This is Victory [Vic x Victoria]

Ooooooo...John, I love the maple leaves shot! I may have to attempt one of those myself!

Mezmerize, here's a pic of my amel (het opal) the pic is about 5 months old, when she was about 7 or 8 months maybe? So she grown a lot since then, but the colors are still the same.:)

I'll try to get a more recent shot tomorrow or sometime soon (she is one year and 1 month old now).

Very nice little amel, does he keep the even patterning all the way down?

I hope this was directed at me...

Thanks Traci. Nope. It would be nice if he had perfect ovals all the way down, but he doesn't.

It was.
Too bad he doesn't keep that pattern all the way down, but still very pretty. I think I've decided I like either almost no white or very high white like the pic Clint just posted. I probably will have all middle of the road guys-but I still luv 'em
