Nope. When you post a topic or reply, scroll down and you will see a little "button" that says, "Manage Attachments". Click it, and upload up to 5 re-sized images by clicking the "Upload" button, than click "Close Window", and "Submit".
Just make sure you re-size your photos before submitting. I use 500pixels wide and save at a medium-low quality to avoid any huge file size or "scrolling screens".
