Cornsnake Crazy
Well I got home from work at 630 this morning and to my surprise I had two more babies...only one is all the way out, by the time I get home tomorrow AM I should have another baby....

The crossing was an Amelanistic X Snow which per the predictor I would get Amel het. Anery

And here is the first baby...tune in next week for Charcoal X Charcoal, Charcoal het. pewter X Charcoal het. pewter, and Stripe X Amber pippies...

Why thank you

although I really can't take credit for the *cuteness* mom is preening with excitement at the moment...okay really she looks like she is hungry, better get that pippie container away from her tub now (no the baby isn't in the tub with mom, it is in its own deli cup with lid...) :santa: I love pippies they are sooo cute....August is when the real wait begins, thats when my Amel het. Opal pairing is supposed to hatch....come on Opal (yea I know its is only a 25% chance, but I can dream...)

I only have three eggs from an amel het lav cross. That's not exactly one in four chance, is it? Sigh. I hope you have better luck with the odds. If I get a single opal out of three eggs, I'll call it Vegas for beating the odds.

Did someone say

Vegas? Let's go.(OT) ohh, wait that wasn't an invite...although I love vegas. Back to pippies...with my first clutch I had 12 eggs to start with only two hatched (I accidentally left the lid off in the incubator for too long and pretty much killed the other 10 eggs  but out of the two that hatched I got one Normal het charcoal pos. het amel and one Amel het. charcoal...I was only expecting normal hets as I didn't know that MOM and DAD were het for amel...which was a great surprise, but really what are the odds of out of the two eggs that hatched I got one of each... :grin01:

Here is the

second baby. Apparently Dad was Amel Het. Anery cuz I got a little snow...

And here is the pic.
