1) The bugs were under his skin??? what???

2) He shed 2 weeks ago and he's already through blue phase again?

Didn't you already make this same post, except the little bugs were white?

So what is it, white bugs or red bugs?

Rodents can become infested with tiny red mites. Could you be using bedding contaminated with these mites?

Identification of the bugs is a must. This can be made by microscope. A cotton swab, moistened with vegetable or mineral oil will pick up bugs and hold them to be transferred to a microscope slide. This is something most vets should be able to do.

If there is such an infestation EVERYTHING in the container and its vicinity will have to be treated to eliminate the bugs and their eggs. Some things, like anything made of wood or that is porous, will have to be tossed out. This is in addition to any treatment prescribed for the snake.

Normally parasites tend to be host specific. But, given extraordinary and abnormal conditions an existing parasite population will utilize what host is available.

he shed like 2 1/2-3 weeks ago..and i saw white bugs crwling on his skin and little red bugs crawlingling in the skin around his eyes.

The white mites are probably wood mites, as somebody told you in another thread, I think. It's been a long time since I've seen snake mites, but I think I remember them being very dark-- almost black. The fact that your red mites are around the eyes and under the skin (I assume you mean that they are under/between the scales) worries me though. It may be vet time if you can't determine what kind of mites you've got. If they're sucking your snake's blood, you have to correct the situation.
