I'd say poop because of the urates. I cant see whether the picture shows undigested mouse...or fur. Is this an adult corn?
 
not sure how old the snake is, we have been told 2 different ages from different people in the pet shop

but the last meal he ate was a fuzzy and a pinky together
 
It's just regular old poop. Once you experience a regurge you'll never forget the smell that comes with it.
