preference of cool or warm side

I have a 1 month old anery, I don't think its a huge concern but thought I'd inquire anyways.

the cool side is about 79 and the warm side is 87 I've found that even after a feed he likes to stay on the cooler side. Will think hinder the digestion? Becuase I've also found that feeding him on suinday he still had a little lump yesterday afternoon.

He eats quite well though, has a good appetite

Aslong long as they have both they will go ware they want.

My corns sit at the top of there vivs on vines on the hot side when they have eaten so its down to the individual corn really.

thanks for the response guys. I didn't think it would be a huge issue but can't be too sure sometimes!

yeah no worries. They're just like us. Sometimes we want to be in a cool place after we eat too. As for him digesting, it doesn't always happen right away.

As long as you have hides at both ends, he'll just please himself. Temps are fine, so I guess he's just doing his thing. Every Corn seems to have their own individual preferences.

Persoanlly i think your temps are a little high, i keep my cool end temps between 74-76 and my warm end temps between 82-84.

The cooler side is an ok temperature for him to digest so i would not worry about where he is sitting, he is obviously still getting heat.

The snake should have the lump for a good 24 - 48 hours, and will probably go away after he poops ;) He is maybe taking longer due to sitting in coller temperatures.
