prekilling mice

CO2 and or whacking them on the table. CO2 is painless and a lot less stressful on the person doing the whacking....trustme I know...

Another way when I havnt tried but am considering it is a food saver. It vacume sucks all the air out. I might just use CO2 and then use the food saver. Hope some of these ideas help.

ryan,
you ever thought about buying frozen mice? Much less hassle than live mice and no smell either. rodentpro.com has very good prices. How big of a snake are you getting hatchling/adult? if you only have one snake I would go with the "wacking" method. If you are going to kill a lot of mice at one time I would use CO2. Hope this helps...
