Do any of you tape the wire from your probe thermometer to the glass inside your viv's? My silly boy is using the wire as leverage and climbing up the side of his tank to actually crawl along the ceiling of his viv. LOL! I was going to tape it and wondered if any of you do? :shrugs:
 
I try not to use tape inside the viv. Sometimes they'll get themselves stuck on it even if you have it rubbed down really well.
...and there's nothing wrong with letting him climb. :)
 
Thanks Mary, I'm not so much worried about him climbing as him rubbing his nose on the screen once he is up there. That is why I asked...

Oh, she is just TOO pretty! So, what do you mate to get a hypo lav? And where can you buy them? Maybe I can find someone near me that has one that I could breed Billy with! Woo Hoo! LOL! I want one of those! Oh gosh she is pretty... :cheers:

Why? So you could produce all normals het hypo, lavender, caramel, and amel? (Not that quad hets aren't cool...) ;)

Hehehehehe.. I'm so confused! Quad hets? Ya lost me at Why... LOL! I am not used to all these albinos and such. Remember? I didn't even know what Billy was until I put his picture on here. I am only familiar with "normal" corns and such.. Sooooooo... Explain please...

It looks SO pretty. What would y'all suggest me mating Billy with? I saw bubblegum corns that were beautiful too and of course, the lovely lavender like Mary's. I want gorgeous babies. My God, these things ARE addictive! LOL!

Billy is Amel+Caramel with no known hets.
If you want something other then normals in the first generation of babies, you'll need to mate him with a girl that is either Het or Hom for Amel and/or Caramel.
