Probing

Does anyone know of anyone that can probe my snakes in the Wirral area UK? I would like someone reputable. I have tried all my local vets and cant find anyone that does it.

Vicki i can do it later in the year for you, but getting their is the problem as i don't drive so once i have the train fair i can do it for you.

John, i will look at the map to see how far you are from me. Depending on how long it will take i could drive up or meet you somewhere. I think i will have to wait till the weather gets better though or they might get a bit chilly on the way!

where's you nearest train station Vicki? If it's cheaper then £35 i could come this weekend. but if it's any more expensive it will have to wait a few weeks.
I don't want you to bring them out as i don't want to stress the litle (yeah right i've seen pic's of Humbug) darling out at all if it can be avoided.

Sorry, only just read ur post. Nearest station is Wallasey Village. Im taking them both the vet next week for a check up (just waiting for Humbug to shed). If the vet has a different opinion on the sex than the pet shop did then I will want them probed. Will e-mail u as soon as I have been the vet and let u know the verdict. Cheers

Vicki why not ask the vet to probe them both for you? It might be easier to get everything done at once (i'll still come and check them if you want).

The train fare is cheap Vicki so coming over isn't a problem, it will be around £20 for 3 changes which isn't 2 bad i don't think.

I cant find a vet around here that does it. Ive found a good reptile vet that was recomended and by coincidence its also the same vet that used to vet my horse for me but he doesnt do it either. Ive rang all the good vets around here and no-one knows anyone that does it. I know of a petshop that does it about 40mins from me but im a bit wary of going there.

Thats a bit long for the snakes to be out and traveling at this time of year.
I can come over on sat 29/1 if you want.
