swollen back end

I had a question about a female snow corn that I have. She has this swollen section right before her cloaca. It isn't hard, but it's noticible. I thought she might of been constipated so I soked her in warm water to see if she went #2 and she did. That same section is still the same size. Should I be concerned. I read in one of the snake book I have that I have and I saw this part that showed a swollen anal gland. Can I get someone's opinion about it?
