Question about eggs hatching

Nitelion94

I am The Nitelion
Was just curious. I dont plan on ever doing it but, When an egg has hatched and the head is sticking out but the snake is still in the egg, whats the harm of "helping" it out? Just wanted to know for future reference incase someone ask when I do start breeding.

If their head is sticking out there is no need to help but if you encourage them to come out they may not be ready and no absorbed the egg sac.

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!!!! The baby is still absorbing the yolk after it pips and takes its first breath. If the baby comes out with the yolk still attached, it risks great injury, even disembowelment or death. Absolutely do NOT rush the baby out. It is risky to even pick up the eggs, or in my opinion, cut them out of curiosity.
