Question about Moving Snakes

I have one snake and she is in a 10gal tank right now. I will be moving from Berkeley CA to Los Angeles CA in about 9 months, I was just curious about how one goes about moving a snake. I'm going to be driving, it's about a 7 hour drive. :shrugs:

Best way is in a pillowcase. Make sure it won't shift / slide around & nothing can fall on her & she isn't in the sun during the trip.

How do you make sure she doesnt get out of the case? Will she have enough air?

Use your mind powers to keep the bag shut.

No really, you tie the bag shut. Pullowcases are made from cotton---it's breathable, so she'll be fine.
