Question on shipping....

Flygning

Axe'!
I recently ordered a pair of motleys from Serpenco, and I was wondering how the babies are shipped. I live in the Phoenix area and I don't want my little ones to get fried :flames: while in transit. My first snake died because of the heat in a vehicle  so I don't want a repeat of that. So, are they packed in a way to kinda regulate temp, or what??

The box is insulated with a styrofoam insert and a cold pack is put inside with the animals. Of course, if the temps are 120 degrees in the shade in your area, then we just might have to wait for a relatively cooler day to ship.

Relatively cooler?

Eek! I'd have to wait until December for my babies! :santa: However, insulation and a cold pack seem adequate to keep them cool. Thanks :crazy02:

Hey its gets to almost an even 100 in the shade! Of course its like 140 in the sun...but at least we HAVE shade! :)

Lol, I thought it was starting to cool off a bit but then it got hot again!! Guess that's what we get for living here.

I have the opposite problem in that I live up north in New York State. And at this time of the year the temperatures are getting colder. So far it has been in the 40's to 50's.
