Well..recently My snake has been hiding under his watertank..
Is this normal ? :s
I'm afraid the tank might be too heavy
has this happened to anyone else? Should I let him do this , or should I do something about it?

thanks in advance

Zoose did this for a while in the 20g tank I had him in. The hiding spot wasn't the problem, but the temp there was. His new "hidey-bowl" was much cooler than should have been comfortable, but he liked the security too much to go where it was warmer. As a result of not moving the bowl, I'm into the second week of dealing with his regurge.

So, I'd say, if all else is good in his new favorite spot (humidity, temp), he's probably okay.

Well I would say to push the water bowl all the way down until it is touching the actual glass/wood of the viv. My snake is always borrowing and with one of his hides, I pushed it all the way down to the glass surface and now he enters the hide where he is supposed to. I would try that if you are worried about the weight.
