I was looking to upload some pics for everyone to see but I don't seem to understand how to do it. When it says something about your url what does that mean? I am used to clicking on a button and finding the picture I want and hitting upload. Any help would be great!

If you want to do it that way, what you need to do is scroll down a little further to a button that says "Manage Attachments". That's your basic click and find method. The other way is for if you have your pictures posted somewhere else. The way for that is to right-click on your pictures, click properties from the menu that pops up, highlight and copy the url in the "address" line. Then take that, and click the insert image button on here.
