Quick shed question!

Hi guys. I just had one quick question. My baby corn went into blue the day that I wanted to feed him, so I decided to wait till he shed. Well, last night I noticed that he had shed and I fed him at around 9 oclock. However, after he had already eaten I noticed that the last 1-1.5 inches of his tail didn't come off.
So, what should I do? I normally don't handle him for 2 days after he eats. Would it be okay to soak him today or not? Thank you, I'm still a little new at this. This is only his 2nd shed since I bought him.

Thanks Nanci. I read your topic about the whole wet washcloth in the rubbermaid container thing, and I was just wondering about whether waiting the two days would be harmful or not. So, thanks alot!

I had the same problem not so long ago .. except my snake only had about a centimetre left on .. all I did (because of the fact that he had ate) was put a humid hide in the the tank .. and to my surprise .. that was enough to get it off.
