Quiet Tank Clips?

So the tank clips I got from the local pet store are really hard to get off the tank :twohammer and make a lotttt of noise when they clip back on. Does anyone have any clip recommendations?
 
some clips can be bent a little to make it easier to get them off. try adjusting them if possible.
