Repticon find- Goldust motley

Thank you! I was surprised when the breeder told me she has a pinkie on wednesdays. Weighed her when I got home at 37.4 grams. Does she look thin? She is in blue. Once she's shed I'm not sure if I should offer two pinks or a fuzzy.

Got these pics this morning. I hope she sheds soon. I can't wait to give her a proper meal.

I think she could definitely handle fuzzies. She does not look thin to me, although if she's only 37 grams and she's a year old, I would say she is small for her age. My yearlings are in the 160 gram range.

Thanks. I did pick up a big bag of frozen fuzzies at the expo and as soon as she sheds i will offer one.

Yeah, she's well into fuzzy/crawler range. Previous owner probably could have stepped her food size up some time ago, but she looks no worse for wear other than being on the small size.

Thank you , I think so too. it was a Big night for us. She shed, took a fuzzy, and got named finally. Everyone, this is Nova. ☺

Thanks ladies! I've had a rough go with this one. (Nova didn't stick. It seems Meena suits her better). She regurged early on, and it took about 6 weeks to get her back up to appropriately sized food, and noooo handling. Apparently she hasn't be fooled with much. She got lots of window love ( we have spent lots of time looking at each other through the glass) I recently moved her to a rub hoping this will chill her out. Last week I got her weight - Im at work so I can't check my chart but she weighs just a little more than Haze, who was MUCH smaller than her when I got her. I gave her a rat pinkie earlier this week and she's burrowed under her water dish. I do hope I can get her to relax one day. Here she is in the weighing tub. I think she's really pretty too. I just love her googley eyes.

She is so pretty.. <3 I hope she shapes up soon...

Thank God she got an experienced owner... Knock wood, I have had luck with my guys health so far.. <3

Thanks again for the vote of confidence! I'm really a newbie. Haze was my first snake ever! I do read and research alot, though. I now have 4 corn snakes, 7 snakes total. I wish I'd known long ago how much I enjoy them. I would have started a long time ago! Better late than never though, right?
