Have you looked in the classifieds? I know you would have to pay shipping, but having had poor experiences at my local reptile show, I think I would go with one of the breeders on here were I ever to get another snake. Just a thought.
 
oh yeah that is true... figured the people at the show would be good breeders. What should i look for if i do buy from a show? What made you experience poor??
 
I guess what I would do is find a list of vendors. Do a BOI search on the vendors to see if there are any good or bad guy ratings for them. I just did the opposite and got a sickly snake that never thrived.
Shows can be fun though, don't get me wrong. I still enjoy going to our local one on occasion just to look at the different animals. Thats also where I get my feeders.
