i have a friend who has a kingsnake that can no longer be cared for by him. It is eating P/K adult mice and has no obvious health issues.
My question is if they have the same basic needs as corns. do they need more space, etc.
I am told it is about 8 years old give or take a few(apparently he got it b/c of the pokemon craze, it is called Ekans)
All tips would be appriciated as i am almost certain i will be getting the snake

The care requirements are the same. The enclosure size depends on the size of the snake. There are some monster kings out there that are bigger than any corn, and they'd require more space. A big king may require a 30 gallon long tank or a 41 quart sterilite tub, maybe larger.
