Thanx, my friend wants to sell her to me but I wasnt sure if she is RO. I have orange candy cane male.They will be good pair.
 
I would say that qualifies as a great candidate for a R.O. Very nice example. The white borders are thick and very uniform from head to tail.

that is without a doubt, and RO, and a beautiful RO at that! such nice contrast and uniform bright saddles! RO's are some of my fave's, i can't wait until my little Milly is that big!
