Romeo the Snow Boa

Romeo here is a kahl line snow boa. A snow is basically an albino anery, where the albino gene removes the black pigmentation and the anery removes the red, leaving you with a mostly white snake with some yellow.

Here he is curling up with some fresh laundry:

In my hand for size reference. I still view my other boas as small. This guy is so tiny and fragile!

But, what I love most about snows are their tails. Not sure if it will show with my iphone pics, but his tail markings look as if he has white lace around them. In Moonglows (the hypo version), those circular markings take on a translucent and purplish look: just awesome.

Say goodbye, Romeo:

His Juliet is a yet to be found hypo het snow, with whom hopefully he will produce snows, moonglows, ghosts, albinos, and sunglows. Then I'd like to introduce some Jungle into that line down the road. Thanks for looking!

She is a Ghost het Kahl Albino, and she's sitting in a box on my kitchen island right now until I can get home from work!! Dah! I got her from Mike W. at Basically Boas. I'll either add her to this thread or start a new one.

Oh man! Knowing she's at home for you is torture, I bet!

I LOVE ghost boas! Especially their tails.
