Shedding Process

When your snake is in the process of shedding, or the days before the actual shed to be more precise, should he be fed, and should I just leave him alone & not try to play with him? Thanks for your advice. I'm new and have lots of questions. Angus has been thru one shed since I've had him and it went well, took about 10 days, and the old skin came off in one long piece. We actually got to witness most of that. Boy, that was something to watch!!

Try it. Some do, some don't. My Cheerio didn't before, for years she wouldn't be interested at all. I just gave up on it and never fed her during shed.
One day I brought a mouse home and found her in blue, I gave it to her anyway and she ate. It's happened once more since that time.
