when my corn snake sheds she always leaves a bit on the end of her tail which i have to help her with it , is there anything i can do to shed in one peice

Oh, dear...I have the same problems with all my corns...I don't know what it is that causes them to leave skin on themselves after shedding. I know I got my temps and humidity levels right so that can't be it. I know they are healthy and not sick so I know that can't be it either. I think it's just the part that is hardest for them to pull off of themselves. My 3yr old corn snake Diamond has never been able to shed in one complete piece on her/his own since I got her/him. My advice would be make sure you have plenty of rough hides/or plants so it can rub against it . Other then that I don't know.
