I have had several young Corn Snakes develope an irritation , scabbing and/ or dried feces around their anal opening. It alsmost looks as if the it were a hemerroid of some type. Two little ones that had this stopped eating and later died. I do not want to lose another one. Any thoughts???
 
any pics, I'm sure someone more experienced may be able to identify the problem, but if it's led to the death of several snakes already, maybe a herp vet would be a good idea sooner rather than later?
 
were all of these in the same tank together making it a possibly communicable disease or are they in different housings?
 
At one time or another, they may have shared the same tank, but i'm not positive. Have a lot of snakes and usually rotate environments.
