Sitting on the cold side of his viv :S

Salvador has a habit over the last couple of days of sitting on the colder side of his viv. There is a hide on each- a cave on the warm side and a toilet roll tube on the cold. The temps seem normal- there's a thermometer on each side and also a thermostat hooked up to the heat mat on the hot side so we're pretty sure it's right. When I picked him out today he seemed cold and difficult to wake up (a bit lethargic), which is why we're slightly worried. The waking up slowly is ok because we did it in the daytime, just worried about how he was noticeably cold. We fed him on Sunday night and he is due to eat tomorrow (Friday), and he's digested well and done a little snakey poo that seemed fine, so we have no worried about that. So should we worry about this? Sorry if we sound petty or silly, just worried first time snake owners!

The human body is 98.6*F (37*C) so a corn, resting on the cool side of the viv, is going to be cold to the touch. If a corn isn't comfortable, he will move to a more suitable area. So, keep an eye on the lethargy but I wouldn't be too concerned at this point.

I agree. He also might be going blue, but so early that your eye can't detect it. That might explain his lethargic behaviour.
