This sounds dumb, but how big should a grown cornsnake be around the middle... I was shopping at a pet store today and I saw a cornsnake that the owner said was 3 years old...it was long enough, but pretty thin it seemed, it was only probably 2in. in circumferencearpund it's widest part, maybe I'm not seeing the pic correctly on here but they seem much bigger than that.
 
I think it can vary, like people. Some are quite slender and others (like mine) are fat gits :) However I would imagine that if a snake looks too skinny, it probably is. They should invent a snake BMI so we know when to put them on diets!
