how big should a late 06 hatchling be? They hatched 8-06 . If anyone has any of similar age please give me some input Thanks

I just got an 06 from a breeder that is only 15g but I got an 06 as a hatchling an she is now about 150g. So to answer your question they could weigh just about anything . 15g is very small but there are people that have 06 that weigh more then 200g. I try to follow the Munson plan but I forget a day or two here and there.

I have two '06 that were hatched about that time and they weigh 60 and 75g. Both have been fed once a week on appropriate sized prey.

I have a July 06 that is 87gms & 74cms long (just shed). I bought him just before Christmas when he weighed approx 15gms so he's put on around 70gms in the 6 months I've had him.

I have seven 06 corns. One is 100 grams. The other six are between 50-60 grams. But I also have two 05s that are only 55 and 58 grams.

mine are as follows:
107g 27inches
86g 29inches
70g 25inches
39g 19inches

The 39g one has to be force fed and did not start putting on any weight until December so he's a little behind. He also just escaped for a week and a half and was found just last night the little brat.

My late 06 (september) came to me in the beginning of may at only 24 grams.
She's 40 now :D

I can beat that! My late 05 came to me at 24 grams in May, but she is now a porky 46!

There's just no way to predict size.

I agree with Nanci.

Roxanne who was born on May 15th, 2006 just tipped the scales at 40 grams while another snake from the same clutch is probably over 80 grams by now.

As long as she is eating and shedding regularly (which she has been so far), the weight gain is a second thought to me...though I do track it.

Steve
