I personally would quarantine unless you know the person that you got it from personally and know the conditions they keep their animals in. Why risk your entire collection by being in such a hurry to breed. Your title under your user name says humble beginner. Maybe take the year to learn more and get your animals established and going before deciding to breed. Were either of these animals brumated? It's not completely necessary, but usually recommended in order to jumpstart ovulation and such.
