Skin Problems

Love and Hisses
I tried to get a good picture but my camera wouldn't pick it up well. I'll keep trying though.

For now. . .

My corn has several spots on his back that look sort of like unshed skin, except they aren't. Anyone else have this problem and know what the deal is?

Thanks,
Jamie Lynn

Nope,

The scales aren't dented or pushed in like he's damaged them. They have kind of a milky edge around them like he's about to shed, except they have no roughish edges like unshed skin. (Though I tried soaking him anyway) They are a little darker than normal, again, like he's about to shed. I wish I could get a good picture but I've taken a couple and they don't capture it very well. In any case, the spots don't look like the one in the pic the "dark spot on head" guy posted.

Jamie out.

Agree that your problem sounds different. But I also posted a shotgun treatment for skin problems there. I can't say whether it will help your snake. Shotguns miss, sometimes. :(
