Slug Laying Questions

My 08 female Athena began putting on more weight than our 08 male about a month and half ago. They are not co-hab'd and she's had no contact with either of my males. However, I also noticed while putting her back in her viv that there were distinct lumps (approx. 8) as she slithered over my hand. As she has not lost any weight and the lumps are still palpable I'm assuming she'll not be reabsorbing. Her last feeding was 10 days ago and she was about 200g pre-feed. I normally feed every 7 days, but as she was in blue I did not offer food on schedule. She shed yesterday and I'm debating disturbing her to offer food. I'm also wondering if females laying slugs follow the same pre-lay shed schedule as those with fertilized eggs. She has a laybox which she was using pre-shed, and which I have since cleaned and put fresh moss in. I'm hoping all goes smoothly as our 7 year old corn also decided to ovulate for the first time and carried the slugs up in her ovaries for several months before we eventually opted for surgery.

So basically I'm asking the following:

1. I know they don't all read the breeding manual, but should I expect her to start passing the slugs within the next week or so?
2. Should I offer her food tonight? (I can't really think why not to, unless she's in her laybox looking like she's about to pass the slugs)

Any other comments, suggestions or info welcome.

Stay prepared for her to lay slugs, but don't be surprised if she doesn't as it could go either way and she may still reabsorb them.
