Snake Business Names

Naagas

Deserae :)
I was settled on Simply Serpents because I like alliteration and the word 'serpents'.

However, someone has previously used that name... and registered with the ACR with that name.

It took me a while to come up with that, don'tchaknow.... and now I am out of ideas.

How did you pick your name? Are you happy with it? Do you have and ideas?

I chose "spirit serpents" because I intend to most work with various combinations of types of anery and hypo. And as those critters are called 'ghost', 'phantom', and 'spectre', I figured it would be a fitting name.

I was trying to incorporate my last name and my husband into my name when it dawned on me that his only job is to unwind the girls from their eggs. So they aren't his snakes they are Christen's Corns. ha ha I liked it so it stuck.

How about Surreal Serpents? Let me know if you like that name - I did a quick search and it doesn't seem to be taken.

What's wrong with what you have now or Deseraes' Serpents.

I want a name that isn't registered in the ACR already...

Deserae's Serpents could work.

That is a very specific 'only job'... how did that come about?

Surreal Serpents... Oooo, I like it!
I will have to play with that in my head for a while. I really like it, though.

I have used "CKA Reptiles" for so long now, I also am looking for a "cool name" lol. I'm still trying to incorporate growing up on the Chesapeake Bay into a name.

Surreal Serpents sounds real good Deserae :*)

Don't know if taken or not but "Alchemy Corns", "The Bay Ectotherms", "Chesacorns" lol

When I picked mine I wanted some humor, something about my roots, and a little redneck flair.

Well he really only has one snake that is actually "his", the rest are mine and I take care of them but the first time I had eggs and the girl was side thumping me so hard she was rolling the eggs. I had him pull her our while I held the eggs still. Since then it is just a given that when a girl is laying eggs it is his job to pull her out while I hold the eggs. Last year was cute because one started laying egg before he went to work so he called just to see if she was done and if he should come home for lunch. Don't get me wrong he will help with the snakes if I ask and he loves playing with hate-lings but he doesn't have any specific jobs other than snake unwinder.

I kinda like "High Tide Corns"..."Come see what's washed up on my beach" ;)

I came to the name Textile because I will be based in Texas when I start breeding my Corn's and Cresties. Texas + Reptile = Textile, I added Herps to the end of it because it sounded a little better the just plain Textile.
