Snake Regurges Hippo (not pretty)

that's really amazing it managed to do that...probably too big to eat anyway but some idiot poking it with an oar probably doesn't help...

i seen this last week.. some people told me they seen a snake eat a hippo and the first thing that came to mind was BS.. mabey i was wrong :|

And When to Hippos and anacondas come in contact? arent hippos only native to africa? where they would live around lets say the nile? which is nowhere near Conda Territory :S

What kind of jerk smacks around a snake with a full belly like that? IDIOTS!

It looks like a baby hippo, which definitly aren't as huge as an adult.

well. it has to be a baby.. theres no way ANY Snake is taking down an adult.. exspecialy since there the most deadly animal in africa.. they kill more people anualy then crocks and snakes together :| anyways.. even at a baby there still HUGE and weigh a ton.. i presume that snake would have died if it didnt regurge.. that hippo had to weigh a few hundred pounds. mabey upwards to around 500~ so.. i dont think the snake was going to be able to move :bang:

I might be wrong but I think it could be an anaconda and a tapir??? they have common habitats. I couldn't see the shape of the preys head too well but it looked more like a tapir than a hippo to me.

I feel sorry for the poor snake. A top predator like that who has spent a long time getting that meal down (which might be its only meal that month) only to be stressed into a regurge by those idiots.
