Snakes in eggs

Can some one help me?
My corn snake Ruby has laid her eggs two months later one of them has cut slits in the egg, which is normal so far but the weird bit is that the snakes head isn't poping out of it's egg. I had another one make a cut in the egg this morning and that's been popping in and out all day but I'm worried about the first one. This hasn't happened last year with my eggs. Does anyone think that the hatchling is still alive or has it died. I still have another 4 eggs to hatch out of this cluch and I'm worried for the rest. If you know what could be happening please don't hesitate to let me know!!
