What are there for massachuttess or new hampshire snakes ? anything good? ball python? corn ? boa ? what would there be up here with this weather and if there is any when can u see them ...

There are many different species of snakes in the Massachusets area. I have come across Eastern Garters, Eastern Milks, Racers, Water snakes, and a Brown snake. The Timber Rattlesnake and the Copperhead are the region's two venemous species, but they are both endangered and rarely seen.

As for seeing these, evening is best. Check marsh/swamp/pond areas as well as rocky outcroppings.

Why did you dig up this thread? This thing is almost three years old. I really don't think the OP is going to reply to your post. There should be an option Rich could put in place where if threads are not replied to for a certain amount of time that they are just closed or removed. Especially ones that are well over two years old. :shrugs:

Jay I think the problem is that if you scroll to the bottom of the page the website gives you 'similar threads'. If you do it for this one you come across a 'Parasitic something or another' thread from 2003.
I think many people find a new thread but the system shows them similar ones at the bottom that happen to be many years old.
But yes, it would be a good idea to LOOK at the date of these threads before you respond in them.
