Snows from Amels?

I was wondering, I bred my two fluorescents together and the eggs just hatched (14 of them). Some of the babies came out with A slight orange tint to their faces and little orange spots on them in the middle of their backs as I would expect for amels. Some of them are completely colorless aand all of their markings are white, so is it possible to get snows from amels?

I dont know if they are het anything but I do know what baby snows look like and these look like baby snows.

its a good chance they are het for anery, especially if they are siblings. Who did you buy your flourescents from? I had a suprise like that last year. I bred a normal to a snow and out comes anerys, amels and snows.... the normal wasn't even labeled ph. snow when i bought him.

This is exactly why Rich Z is now crazy, all of us have worry wrinkles in our foreheads and we have premature graying of the hair! ;) But then again.... this is why this is sooo fun!

Congrats,

I bought them from Susquehanna Ectotherms, I think. I'm not sure at this point they were the second and third snakes I ever bought. I know that they are half siblings with the same father. I'll have pictures soon.

I just get amazed at the way that every little snake is different from each other, yet the same as the parents. I bred my normal female to a crimson male the female is huge around 5'3" at this point and the crimson has little spots all over his head, I call them freckles, The babies are all big and have freckles. Some are hypo, at least that is waht it looks like (lighter color, sort of faded checkers on the belly).

Oh, by the way I said that I had 14 hatchlings, and I only had 14 eggs. But I put the container back in the incubator, just because I didn't feel like dealing with it at he time, and the next day I had another snake, 15 snakes from 14 eggs!!! So there was a set of twins. I am pretty sure which ones they are because there are 2 that are smaller than the others but not too small and they have both eaten once. Pretty cool.

Picture of a few of the babies showing the difference
