Hi all just got a quick question if i were to breed my female creamsicle to my male snow would i get any snowsicles and if i would what would the percentage be Thanks for any help that can be given :puke02:

Considering there are no other unknown hets in either snake, you would get 100% amels (creamsicles) all het for anery.

Since the Snow is het for Hypo :grin01: , you would get:
100% Creamsicles (Amel) het Anery, 50% chance of being het Hypo

only IF your creamsicle happens to be het for Anery, then you COULD get:
50% Creamsicles (Amel) het Anery, 50% chance of being het Hypo, and
50% Snow-sicles (Amel/Anery), 50% chance of being het Hypo.

Do you have any adults?
Do you know if their appearance will be much different from Snows?

Looking at the hatchlings I don't expect major differences... maybe when crossing 2 rootbeers het snow the snowsicles would show some more yellow and less pink...

just curious

Since the Snow is het for Hypo , you would get:

I'm curious, Drizzt.
This information was not in the original post.
How do/did you know the snow is het hypo?
Did you sell him the snow?

by the way....I think those snowsicles pictured by blckkat should grow to be some interesting snows.
I'm wondering if the pinks will turn more orange as they mature.
Snows with hints of orange instead of pink would look nice.
I hope you continue to post pics as they mature, blckkat.

JJ, you are correct sir! He recently purchased the snow male from me, and it proved out het hypo last season. That's why I threw in the :grin01: smiley.

Thanks for noticing!

Hi, I know this is a really old post but I was looking around for info on snowsicles and snowglows. I actually have one of those snakes that are pictured on that link (which doesnt work anymore by the way) I got it from a friend of mine who got it from Ben Seigel. It looked like that when I first got it but now it looks almost like an amel or creamsicle. So no it didnt keep its patter, but its still a pretty snake. It is frosted also. So I am wondering if maybe these where just creamsicles from a creamsicle snow cross that just happened to develop their color late. Hmm.. I am really looking for answers to what exactly my snake is and is het for but the breeder isnt answering any emails  So any help would be nice ;)
