So Gross

Yvonne112

Mom of HEI\IDRIX
So far every time Hendrix has shed, we've kept the skin. It's fun comparing the latest one to the very first little one. BUT... we sure didn't want to keep this last one...I fed him while he was in blue, usually he won't eat, but I always try anyway, and this last time he ate. He shed on the weekend, and the bottom end of the shed skin was filled with snake poo ! :puke01:
It was really gross. On the bright side, he didn't poo on me for a change and it was easy to dispose of ! :grin01:

Roxanne is in blue right now and she is scheduled to eat tonight...here's hoping for a poop free shed :crazy02:

Regards,
Steve

That's happened to me before! It _is_ gross! Pooing during/immediately after shedding is very common.
