i have a few questions about how the forum is set up.

firstly, what is Rep Power? and how do you get it higher/ better?

secondly, what is the silver circle "cornsakes.com contributor" thing? what does it mean? and how do you get it?

this might be in the wrong forum, but i wasnt sure where else to post it, and this looked like the best spot...
