Something with her vent?

Ok here it is my 2 yr old corn snake only looks to be one yr old due to her tiny size. She stoped eating for me 2 months ago and she is looking skinny now for the problem. There are two strange things comming out of her, now I am unsure what they may be but it looks like bedding stuck in her vent or bedding of sorts. Tried to soak her for 30min for 7 days and it has not let go or retracted. Now after each soak she looked to be trying to remove it but each time she tried it looked that her skin around her vent started to split. I am sure I need to take her to the vet but can someone tell me what it is.

My first guess is a prolapse. If this is the case you need to see a vet. In the mean time keep it clean and moist. Antibiotic ointment should do the trick for moisture. I'd also house the snake on clean paper towel until the prolapse is repaired.
Good Luck.
