So Chase was holding our Nicaraguan boa, Apollo who is actually fairly easy going compared to some Nic's...and got bit. He was actually doing really good, holding him just right and supporting his weight...Apollo got right up near his nose and was "kissing" him...and just as Apollo started to back away, Chase started talking (moving his mouth) which I'm sure is what startled the snake.
Anyways, Chase got tagged...right on his little nose lol. 5 years old and a member of the Boa Bite Club!

I don't want to seem like a bad parent, making a joke out it, but it was quite funny, and even Chase was laughing so I don't feel so bad :D

Lol..he did cry right when it bit him, but I think it more or less scared the crap out of him lol...he's already asking to hold it again!
 
First - good looking son.

Second - Sorry, Chase that must have hurt. I never got tagged in the face just my hands by boas.

Third - Laughing after you learn your kid is alright just makes you a good dad.

Fourth - like the "little dork" comment that also make you Chase's dad only a proud dad would call his kid that after taking a bit to the face.
 
Lol nor have I ever been tagged in the face and im hoping it stays that way. He looks just like you.......not sure if that will be good in the future lol
